This is the website for the Paul Bell, Joan Millbank & Dan Whittle who are your elected councillors for Telegraph Hill, Honor Oak Estate, Kender, Somerville and surrounding areas. We were elected on May 6th 2010 to serve you for four years on Lewisham Council.
