Further to the Area Panel meeting on Tuesday evening John Toomey visited Curlew House after comments made by the resident regarding the lift service. While the lift was running ok, it was noticed that the ground floor push unit was intermittently not calling the lift to the ground, this push unit has now been changed by our service provider PDERS.   With regards to the age of the lift I can advise that the lift was replaced in 1998 so consequently it is not due to be replaced until 2023, which is in line with Lewisham Homes lift replacement programme.
